Yay! Its that time of the year! Yes just a few days ( 8 to be exact) until Black friday. , which for us shopaholics means shopping time.
So I'd like to take the opportunity to introduce you to some online websites and give you some idea about my favorite items and shopping list.

Ssuup! Its a picture heavy post and still there are so many more pictures inmy harddrive that I couldn't post. Isn't this place breathtaking. The place is AVENUE OF THE GIANTS. We camped in the Humboldt redwood park. Its an amazing feeling when the nature is your backyard. What else do you need?

About the outfit: I got the top from amazon and shorts from forever21 and wore them together as a set. The only thing I love more than gingham is Gingham on Gingham.
And for those of you who are wondering, I'm not going to ditch this headband anytime soon :P :D

Crop top for summers

 Hey Friends!
Hope you guys are having a rocking weekend. Crop tops and high waisted shorts are always so trendy and a go to outfit for summers. Crop tops if styled right always look so chic, and it is a very versatile piece of clothing .I find the easiest way to style crop tops is to pair them with a high waisted bottom. And the general rule of thumb is that if the top is loose, go for a tight bottom ( just the way I styled this outfit) and if the the top is tight, opt for a loose bottom
Another favorite trend that you can spot here is combining dressy clothes (jacquard shorts) with super casual ones (t-shirt)

I literally can't stop myself from wearing bandanas this summer. I find them super cute and they add a little retro flair to your outfit.

These beautiful pictures were taken on the day 2 of our trip to the very scenic Avenue of the Giants. We had an amazing time there, we camped there for two days. Ssup! You guys must be all excited for summers making vacation plans, etc.

When I go for vacations I love to pack a couple of crop tops and pants and I'm done. And bandanas are my staple. They just have this summery vibe about them.

These pictures were taken at one of the beaches in Humboldt, avenue of the giants. It's a beautiful beach where you can enjoy viewing the sea life, we stopped since sea anemones, fish, etc

 

How to wear long dresses casually Part - 2

 

I've got tons of long dresses in my closet that I just love but can't find enough appropriate occasions to put them on. And I think many of you do relate with me. So here I'm putting together some of the ways that can be used to style those dresses casually.
It all basically depends on how you accessorise them
1) Ditch those heels in favor of sneakers, boots, etc
2) No dainty jewelry, opt for chunky oxidized silver jewelry , for that boho touch.
3) keep everything else casual, I wore a casual bright yellow summery bandeau instead of lace or sequined one, you can throw a denim jacket on top too.

Vacation Outfit: crop top and pants

Hey Girlies! Aren't we all happier than ever now that the weather is warming up. I for one love this time of the year. The sight of every new flower and buds in my garden , the first thing in morning, lights me up. And of course the luxury of  being able to wear anything you want from your closet, after like an era of same ole jeans and jackets, is like heaven on earth. Isn't it? I know you guys are going through the same overwhelming emotions  like me while bidding winters bye- bye.

Now coming to the point. Don't I always get distracted ? :P 

Anyways....

This is what I wore to the beach. I got the top from India, mumbai flea market( I don't remember how much probably $8) and the  paper bag pants from charlotte russe $20.

They are pretty much same color , so it looks like a set. A set is always more expensive, so its a good way to find separates in similar color and fabric and you've got yourself a set but at much cheaper price.

I love to wear pretty women pants with crop tops and this set is perfect for a beach outing. And don't forget a fancy beach hat and sunglasses to protect yourself from the harsh sun rays.

1) GO for an indowestern look with a western gown

**TIP - any beautiful long dress that you already have in your closet, reuse it this summer wedding ( I'm a big fan of  refashioning and reusing the clothes that I already own)
